My professional profile includes degrees in dance from SUNY Brockport (BS), the University of Utah (MA), and the University of Wisconsin-Madison (PhD). Academic positions as Director of Dance, the Wichita State University (1994-1997); Director of Graduate Studies in Dance, Mills College (1997-2001); and Dance Department Chair at the Florida International University (2001-2011).
